Course Overview
This course has been specifically designed for learners working in organisations and/or individual service providers to organisations. It is designed to offer essential Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) concepts and their workplace significance. It aims to cultivate an environment that attracts, retains, and motivates talent, fuels creativity and innovation, and drives productivity and profitability.
Guidelines to Workplace Fairness Legislation is included in this course as well.

At the end of this course, learners will be able to:

Assumed skills and knowledge means what we expect you to know and be able to do already before you start the course. We assume you have:
- Basic communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate and engage in group discussions. Clear and respectful communication is essential in DEI training.
- Open mindset: Willingness to explore and accept diverse perspectives and experience is essential. Open-mindedness fosters an inclusive learning environment.
- Privacy and confidentiality: Understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality after the sessions.
The admission requirements are:
- Read, write, and speak English at WPL Level 7

- This course can be conducted In-person as well as a Virtual Live Class (VLC) via Zoom platform.

LU2: Empower employees to actively contribute to a diverse and inclusive workforce

LO5 Compile and update diversity and inclusion policies to employees proficiently.

Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Upon meeting the attendance and assessment(s) criteria, participants will be awarded with a digital Statement of Attainment (SOA), accredited by SkillsFuture Singapore. SOA will be reflected as HRS-HRM-3014-1.1 Diversity and Inclusion Management.
- Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub
Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.
