By having the skill in Spreadsheets, you will be able to handle data accurately and produce precise work output regardless of your job responsibilities within the company. This course will equip you with the basic knowledge about the functions of Spreadsheets to ensure that you become a proficient user.

Course Objectives
Upon course completion, learners will be able to:
- Work with spreadsheets and save them in different file formats
- Choose built-in options such as the ‘Help’ function within the application to enhance productivity
- Enter data into cells and use good practice in creating lists. Select, sort and copy, move and delete data
- Edit rows and columns in a worksheet. Copy, move, delete and appropriately rename worksheets
- Create mathematical and logical formulas using standard spreadsheet functions. Use good practice in formula creation and recognise error values in formulas
- Format numbers and text content in a spreadsheet
- Choose, create and format charts to communicate information meaningfully
- Adjust spreadsheet page settings, check and correct spreadsheet content before finally printing spreadsheets
Pre-requisites
The admission requirements are:
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Read, write, and speak English at WPL Level 4
- Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4
- Hardware & Software
- This course will be conducted as a Virtual Live Class (VLC) via Zoom platform
- Participants must own a Zoom account and have a laptop or a desktop with “Zoom Client for Meetings” installed. Download from zoom.us/download.

Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Upon meeting 75% attendance and passing the assessment, participants will be awarded with a digital Statement of Attainment (SOA), accredited by SkillsFuture Singapore. SOA will be reflected as [LOG-LDR-1006-1.1 Data and Statistical Analysis].
- Upon meeting 75% attendance and passing the assessment, participants will be awarded with a digital Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.
- External Certification Exam
Successful trainees who have passed the SSG assessment, will be able to sit for the ICDL external in-class examination. Trainees who have sat and passed and completed the exams will receive the internationally recognised ICDL Certificate upon completion of the course. This certificate is administered by ICDL Singapore, a new initiative from ECDL Foundation.

Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.
