Course Overview
This one-day programme brings real-world threats and scenarios to equip them with the skills to protect themselves in the cyberworld. The course covers different types of threats/attacks covering Identity theft, mobile security, social engineering, ransomware and hardware exploits as well as best practices in Cyber security.

Pre-requisites
The admission requirements are:
No credit or certification pre-requisites required to take this course.
But it is recommended that participants know:
- Simple typing using the keyboard
- Navigating using the mouse
- Managing files and creating folders
- Hardware & Software
- This course will be conducted as a Virtual Live Class (VLC) via Zoom platform.
- Participants must own a Zoom account and have a laptop or a desktop with “Zoom Client for Meetings” installed. Download from zoom.us/download.

- Accounts and security credentials
- Hardware exploits and mobile security.
- Wi-Fi security and safe browsing
- Social engineering and ransomware.
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub
Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.
