What is Servant leadership? How does this compare to traditional leadership styles? How can I and my organisation embrace this leadership philosophy?

This course sets out to help you explore the 6 practices of Servant leadership while exploring the 10 main traits to develop as a servant leader. In addition to developing your leadership traits, this program provides you with the knowledge and skills needed to enhance your credibility as a leader and consider the power of both perception and experience as you build a culture of service leadership.

Course Objectives
Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand and apply the 6 practices of Servant Leadership: Self-Awareness, Deep Listening, Unleashing energy and intelligence of others, Growing People, Inverting the Pyramid and Forecasting
- Utilise Servant Leadership Toolkits to support their practice
- Realise the potentials of their direct reports through the use of workplace coaching techniques to enhance individual and team performance
- Transform themselves and their organisation organically to meet the challenges faced by themselves and their organisation

The admission requirements are:
- Read, write, and speak English at WPL Level 7
- Hardware & Software (if applicable)
- This course will be conducted as a Virtual Live Class (VLC) via Zoom platform.
- Participants must own a Zoom account and have a laptop or a desktop with “Zoom Client for Meetings” installed. Download from zoom.us/download.
