Course Overview
Brand Campaign Management aims to equip the learners with the knowledge and abilities to understand the importance in designing the brand campaign for both online and in-store, with their target audience in mind. Learners will learn how to communicate to collect information and participate in continuous pre-campaign testing.

Course Objectives
Successful candidates will be able to:
- Understand importance of Brand Campaigns and communicating the campaigns.
- Identify companies’ products/services that appeal to the target audiences and communicating to them.
- List the components for pre-campaign testing.
- Collecting feedback to evaluate effectiveness of the campaign.
Pre-requisites
- Speak, Listen, Read and Write English at WPL Level 4 or equivalent
- Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4 or equivalent
Course Outline
This course will equip learners from the Retail sector with the knowledge and abilities to recognise the importance of brand campaigns and implementing of the communication message to the target audiences. They would also be able to comprehend selection of criteria for campaign testing and the evaluation of the campaign effectiveness through the gathering of feedback.

Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.
