Course Overview
The Retail sector is a competitive and fast-paced environment. The growing importance of building customer relationships and the changes and advancements in retail operations have increased the need for retailers to improve how they manage their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) operations.

Course Objectives
Successful candidates will be able to learn:
- The importance of being customer centric
- Methods to identify customers’ needs and preferences
- To communicate effectively with customers
- To manage customer data
- To monitor customer satisfaction
Pre-requisites
- Speak, Listen, Read and Write English at WPL Level 4 or equivalent
- Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4 or equivalent
Course Outline
This course aims to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to understand customers’ preferences and needs on products and/or services and demonstrate communication skills that utilise effective questioning methods and active listening. Learners will be taught various methods of monitoring client satisfaction as well.
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub
Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.
