The Retail sector is a competitive and fast-paced environment, resulting in the need to adapt to changing priorities, methods and practices by challenging convention. Employees need to develop and implement change management initiatives to be at the peak of their abilities.

Successful candidates will be able to:

Pre-requisites
- Speak, Listen, Read and Write English at WPL Level 4 or equivalent
- Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4 or equivalent
Course Outline
This course will equip learners with the skills and knowledge to adapt to changing priorities, methods, and practices by challenging conventional ways of carrying out work activities and influence acceptance of change positively.
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub
Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.
