- Facilitation methods for encouraging team member participation in a range of activities.
- Communication techniques with channels relevant for disseminating information regarding team activities, services, and products.
- Demonstrate respect and moral values within the workplace.

Course Objectives
Successful candidates will be able to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills on the following:
- Apply effective communication techniques and maintain open communications.
- Resolve issues and concerns at the workplace.
- Provide support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Pre-requisites
- Speak, Listen, Read and Write English at WPL Level 4 or equivalent
- Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4 or equivalent
Course Outline
This course will enable the learners from the Retail sector to develop their abilities to work and communicate effectively in a diverse team environment and negotiate for mutually beneficial outcomes. Roles, rules, and relationships of members in a team and stages of team building will be discussed.
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub
Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.

- Lectures and hands-on practical sessions, Group discussions and sharing, Individual and group presentations, and Role Play.
