Course Overview
Social media marketing is gaining headways especially since the Covid-19 pandemic. More organisations are turning to social media marketing as one of their fastest, easiest, and popular outreach to customers. Hence, it is only prudent for organisations to have their supervisors and / or managers to be savvy with social media marketing and be able to manage their social media campaigns. If not properly managed, the organisation’s social media marketing campaigns can become erratic, chaotic, and fruitless.

Course Objectives
Successful candidates will be able to:
- Analyse and recognize target customers through analysis of customer behaviours, interests and demographics based on social media network data
- Comprehend the mechanics of social media and develop marketing content and use for social media purposes.
- Analyse and recommend improvements on performance of social media and ROI
- Monitor customer responses across various social network platforms on Customer Relationship Management
Pre-requisites
- Speak, Listen, Read and Write English at WPL Level 4 or equivalent
- Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4 or equivalent
Course Outline
This Social Media Management course is for learners to leverage various social networking platforms to deliver the organisation's value propositions as well as contextual and targeted messaging based on real-time customer insights to engage in two-way communication with prospects and customers. This course will equip learners with the skills to be able to cascade social media management strategies aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and conversion via social media platforms, define metrics and guide the analysis on performance of social media management campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement.
