Course Overview
Social Media Marketing aims to equip the learners with the knowledge and abilities to understand the importance of Social Media Marketing, to collate past results of social media marketing activities, track social media activities and recommend improvements in marketing and promotion on various social media platforms.

Course Objectives
Successful candidates will be able to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills on the following:
- Types of social media platform, tools, and their operation
- Organisational policy and procedures for social media use
- Rules and regulations and terms of use of specific social media platforms
Pre-requisites
- Speak, Listen, Read and Write English at WPL Level 4 or equivalent
- Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4 or equivalent
Course Outline
This course will equip learners from the Retail sector with the knowledge and abilities to recognise the different social media platforms, understand the organisation’s policy and procedures as well as the rules, regulations, and terms of use of different social media platforms.
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub
Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.
