Course Overview
Are you rallying your teams effectively to meet organisational goals? When it comes to producing great results at the workplace, leaders need to support their teams by aligning them to act on a common vision, as well as inspiring them to perform well. While fostering enthusiasm for your vision can help to generate excitement and build momentum, creating clarity and connecting personal work to the goals of the team provides a road map to live out organisational values.
In this programme, learners will identify and communicate organisational values and priorities to team members, engage them in team-level plans and objectives, as well as support them in formulating effective team projections consistent with organisational strategies and business goals.
Start achieving team buy-in and build the foundation in your team to progress towards defined objectives. Based on John Maxwells signature leadership series programmes, insightful and powerful concepts from The 5 Levels of Leadership and Accelerating Teamwork have been included to support the course objectives and enhance your learning journey.
