Who Should Attend
- Professionals who want to be equipped with effective frameworks to cope with career challenges caused by VUCA’s disruptive forces.
- Professionals who need to develop mitigating strategies when undergoing change due to job role changes and organisational restructuring.
What's In It for Me
The course helps learners to develop mitigating strategies to cope with the unintended impact of VUCA. It identifies the relevant traits and gives the know-how on how to acquire them in order to thrive in a VUCA environment. It also gives learners practical frameworks and tools to allow them to manage the change brought by VUCA.
Course Overview
While change can help to revitalise an organisation, it will also cause uncertainty and discomfort for individuals in the organisation. Hence it is common for individuals to view change in a less positive manner and would be less than enthusiastic to embrace change. This include taking extra effort and resources in using new tools or frustrated at the idea of learning new processes. This can lead to change-related stress, which can eventually affect an individual work performance.
This course has been specifically designed to address potential low morale and productivity caused by stress because of a fear of change and the unknown. This course seeks to increase the awareness of how change is impacting other stakeholders and the changed job role, it will also equip learners with the skills to apply individualised resilience plans and emotional intelligence strategies to adapt and thrive in response to these unavoidable structural changes.
