This programme provides an established and easy to learn framework on creating their personal brand, projecting their professional image and deal with common workplace challenges effectively. At the end of the programme, learners will be able to:

- Be able to speak, listen, read, and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4.
