What's In It for Me

This programme empowers participants with the skills to effectively lead and navigate change within a team context through a straightforward three-step process. Leveraging the BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear) framework, it facilitates an understanding of the external forces influencing workplace dynamics. Once participants grasp the nuances of change's impact, they engage in real-life case studies to apply adaptive strategies for personal benefit. Lastly, the programme imparts knowledge on regulating emotional states by identifying the four stages of change responses and offering practical steps for fostering positive behaviours in response to change.

Course Overview

Changes in the marketplace happen more rapidly than expected and this impacts businesses which have to constantly be flexible and adaptable in order to stay afloat and compete effectively. This starts with the managers supporting the organisation to be able to respond to quick changes in Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear (BANI) environment. It calls for managing change in an evolving context.

This programme has been designed to help the workplace leaders to upskill and increase knowledge with tools and techniques for assessing the impact of these changes affecting group dynamics. Coaching and mentoring team members to adapt to changes coupled with recommendations for future actions, behaviours and approaches will help the organisation navigate a BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear) world.
