Course Overview
The Retail sector is a competitive and fast-paced environment. Service sectors in many countries have experienced accelerating growth and development, increasing demand for services from local and international audiences. This emphasises the importance of having strong leadership skills in service delivery.

Course Objectives
Successful candidates will be able to:
- Recognise the roles and responsibilities of a leader in operationalising the organisation’s vision, mission and values
- Promote a customer centric environment to influence team to achieve service excellence.
- Analyse performance of team members to identify follow-up actions for improvement
Pre-requisites
- Speak, Listen, Read and Write English at WPL Level 4 or equivalent
- Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4 or equivalent
Course Outline
This course aims to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to lead a team to strive for and deliver service excellence in line with the organisation's customer-focused strategies.
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub
Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.

Medium of Instruction & Trainer:
- Lectures and hands-on practical sessions, Group discussions and sharing, Individual and group presentations, and Role Play.
