The Retail sector is a competitive and fast-paced environment. The growing importance of building customer relationships and the changes and advancements in retail operations have increased the need for retailers to improve how they manage their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) operations.

Course Objectives
Successful candidates will be able to:
- Apply processes to manage customer relationship management programmes
- Apply communication and consultation skills to identify preferences and needs of customers
- Monitor customer relationship management programmes with customer feedback
Pre-requisites
- Speak, Listen, Read and Write English at WPL Level 4 or equivalent
- Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4 or equivalent
Course Outline
This course aims to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills in:
- Understanding customers’ preferences and needs on products and/or services
- The methods used to communicate with customers to identify their preferences and needs
- Soliciting feedback on products and/or service
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub
Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.

- Lectures and hands-on practical sessions, Group discussions and sharing, Individual and group presentations, and Role Play.
