Learning eXperience Platform’s “Earn As You Learn” Challenge Terms & Conditions
Challenge Eligibility
  1. Learning eXperience Platform’s (“LXP”) “Earn As You Learn Challenge” (“the Challenge”) is organised by NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd (“LHUB”). By participating in the Challenge, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms & conditions.
  2. LXP Enterprise subscribers are not eligible to participate in the Challenge.
  3. LXP Individual subscribers who are on free trial period are not eligible to participate in the Challenge.
  4. The Challenge is open to all new and renewing LXP Individual subscribers subscribing to a minimum of one (1) year LXP subscription ("Eligible Subscribers”).
  5. An Eligible Subscriber must acknowledge and accept the Challenge’s terms and conditions to participate in the Challenge.
  6. Upon accepting these terms and conditions, the Eligible Subscriber will become a Challenge participant and be automatically enrolled in all upcoming weekly Challenge cycles.
Challenge Mechanics
  1. The Challenge starts on 10 July 2023 and consists of recurring weekly cycles.
  2. Each cycle starts on Monday, 0000 hrs (SGT) and ends on the immediate following Sunday at 2359 hrs (SGT).
  3. During each weekly Challenge cycle, the top 100 participants who have completed and accumulated the lengthiest learning duration via their respective accounts on LXP will each be eligible for a reward of 500 LinkPoints.
  4. In-house courses created by LHUB (LXP Preview and LXP Premium) will not be taken into consideration for progress tracking of the learning duration completed and will not contribute towards the Challenge results.
  5. Only Go1 courses (LXP Go) will be taken into consideration for progress tracking and contribute towards the Challenge results.
  6. Only courses commenced and fully completed within the same weekly cycle will be taken into consideration for progress tracking and as part of that week’s cycle results.
  7. Courses commenced but not completed within same weekly cycle will not be taken into consideration for progress tracking and will not contribute towards that week’s cycle results.
  8. The amount of time actually invested by a participant in completing a course should align with the recommended or suggested duration specified on LXP for the course itself.
  9. The time recorded for completing a course and which will contribute towards the Challenge results each weekly cycle will be in accordance with the duration of time recommended or suggested on LXP for the course itself.
  10. At the end of a weekly challenge cycle, winners will be notified via LXP in app notifications and rewards will be distributed within the next 2 working days.
  11. LinkPoints will be credited to each winner’s LinkPoints account used to login to LXP.
  12. Challenge participants have the option to withdraw from the Challenge at any time. If a participant chooses to withdraw, their withdrawal will be effective immediately.
  13. If a participant withdraws from the Challenge, they will not be eligible for any rewards associated with the week in which they withdrew.
  14. Participants who have withdrawn from the Challenge have the option to rejoin. If they choose to rejoin, their participation will be effective from the next upcoming challenge cycle.
General
  1. Challenge rewards cannot be used to offset any existing subscription charges or other outstanding charges due to LHUB.
  2. Unless otherwise stated, the Challenge is not valid with other offers, discounts, rebates, vouchers, privileges or promotions.
  3. Challenge rewards are non-exchangeable for cash or kind and are also non- refundable and non-transferable. Note that the holding and use of any LinkPoints will also be subject to NTUC Link Private Limited’s own terms and conditions as may be applicable, which terms and conditions may be accessed here.
  4. LHUB may vary, modify, add, delete or otherwise revise any of these terms and conditions or terminate, withdraw, extend, suspend or shorten the Challenge at any time at LHUB’s sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice or reason (and LHUB shall not be obliged to disclose its reason). You agree and consent to be bound by any such variation.
  5. LHUB is entitled to claw back rewards distributed if it is of the opinion that such rewards have been wrongly issued. LHUB reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Challenge. LHUB’s determination of all matters relating to the Challenge shall be final and binding.
  6. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Challenge, these terms and conditions shall, to the extent of such inconsistency, prevail.
  7. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
  8. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
