The report is based on in-depth interviews with experts from NTUC LearningHub, Institute For Human Resource Professionals (IHRP), Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Asia (CIPD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and GO1. The report surveyed 450 working professionals from Singapore to uncover a dual perspective on employee development and L&D programmes.
