What is Workplace Learning (WpL)?

• Learning and Training in a workplace environment, with deliberate planning
• It focuses on Competency Development, contextualized to the work that the trainee needs to perform
• The training is conducted by Certified Trainers who are able to impart knowledge and skills effectively, supported by Qualified Mentors who can influence the attitude of the trainee
