What is the Career Conversion Programme for Human Capital Professionals?
The CCP for Human Capital Professionals is a programme aimed to equip mid-career professionals, managers, executives and technicians (PMETs) to convert into Human Resource jobs via Place-and-Train modality, and support employers to reskill existing HR professionals whose jobs may be at risk of displacement via Job Redesign Reskilling (JRR) modality. Eligible companies can receive up to 90%* salary funding support.

Enhance employer branding through value-added job scopes to better attract local talents
Based on project, Learners to receive 2 relevant IHRP accredited Digital Skills Badges for emerging skills. Each Digital Skills Badge cost $250.
Salary Support Funding
up to 70% of fixed monthly salary, capped at $4,000 per month per trainee
up to 90% of fixed monthly salary, capped at $6,000 per month per trainee*

Enhanced Rateis for Singapore Citizens & PRs who are long-term unemployed (LTU) defined as being unemployed and actively seeking employment for six months or more and / or those who are 40 years old and above in the year of commencement of the CCP.
