What is the Career Conversion Programme for Infocomm and Technology Professionals?

The Career Conversion Programme for Infocomm and Technology Professionals (CCP-ICTP) is designed to equip mid-career Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) to undergo skills conversion and take on enhanced roles in the ICT Industry.

Individuals will undergo up to 100% of On-the-Job Training (where applicable) to take on the role.

By coming onboard the programme, your company will be able to receive up to 90% salary support*.

Overview of the Programme

• Place-and-Train for new hires (up to 6 months)
   - Place-and-Train new hires without prior experience to take on a new job

 
• Redeployment for existing staff (up to 6 months)
   - Redeployment of existing staff to a new job role or function due to the current job being at-risk and impacted by business or technology transformation.


• Job Redesign Reskilling for existing staff (up to 3 months)
   - Job Redesign or Reskilling of existing staff to enhance or expand their job scope to remain relevant in their current role or function.

up to 70% of fixed monthly salary, capped at $4,000 per month per trainee

Enhanced Rates

up to 90% of fixed monthly salary, capped at $6,000 per month per trainee*

  2. Enhanced Rate is for Singapore Citizens & PRs who are long-term unemployed (LTU) defined as being unemployed and actively seeking employment for six months or more and / or those who are 40 years old and above in the year of commencement of the CCP.
